PREREGISTERED FOURS= $24 per person . WALK-ON FOURS= $30 per person for each player on the roster
PHONE REGISTRATION: The deadline to enter by phone is 10:00 PM on the prior Wednesday night. Call 301-422-4440. We take Discover, Visa, MC and Am Ex. CDVA accepts fax and email registrations with a credit card only. Wednesday before the tournament you can reach a person on the phone.

POLICY: Mail-in and phone-in registrations must be recieved by the prior Wednesday or walk-on rates will apply. A $6 late arrival fee will be charged for walk-on teams arriving in line at the event after 8:30 AM. Any team arriving after 8:45 will be charged $10 per team. To cancel, call 301-422-4440 by Thursday night before the event
The preregistration rates expire at 10:00 PM on Wednesday night before the tournament. All entries recieved on Thursday and Friday will be charged the Walk-on rate. In exchange for the cheaper preregistration rates you are giving us your commitment to the tournament. This is why no refunds will be given after the Thursday before the event. The preregistered entry cannot be applied to another weekend if you cannot play.

If you are concerned about securing your credit card you can call or fax your CC# and Exp. date and we will keep it on file for the season. All you need to do in that case is email your entry and say , "Put it on the card that you have on file!" To the "Mall in Washington D.C.
DIRECTIONS TO BULL RUN:
Bull Run Regional Park is located off I-66 in Fairfax County , Virginia. From points north in Maryland, take I-495 (Washington Capitol Beltway) across the American Legion Bridge to exit 9. From points south take I-495 to the left exit 9A. Take Interstate I-66 west to exit 52, Rt. (29) at Centreville. At the end of the exit ramp turn right and proceed 2 miles. Make a left onto Bull Run Post Office Rd. This road crosses back over I-66. After crossing the bridge, make an immediate left and follow the access road along I-66. Cross through the gate to the Special Events Center. CDVA will be located 1/2 mile on the right beyond the gate.
