"RAIN POLICY"

RAIN POLICY: CDVA normally does not cancel tournaments in advance for weather reasons unless the host site shuts us down. When it is our decision we start the tournament and see how things progress or have a rain delay before making a possible decision regarding cancellation.

If for some reason a tournament needs to be cancelled in advance, the following procedures will be followed. Information will be posted on the internet: volleyballdc.com. An email will be sent to all 1800 people on the email mailing list and any registered players will be called. These procedures can only be followed if the event is cancelled on the Friday before.
